Lines in the Mara

The Great Migration. Everywhere there are patterns to be found as the wildebeest move across the Maasai Mara plains. Lines of animals moving, lines created by the hills and shadows. Here morning sunlight brings the dry, rustling grass to a warm glow as a group of wildebeest runs straight toward our path, soon crossing it and moving on. Photo © copyright by Loren Logan Lones.
